Hi there, I’m Julie. Welcome to The Healthy Ageing Coach.
I’m a passionate nutritionist and health coach dedicated to improving the health of my clients, and supporting them to thrive as they age.
As a nutritionist and health coach I have a unique set of skills in health and wellbeing, human nutrition and the gut microbiome, human behaviour and the behaviour change process.
These skills allow me to educate and empower clients with the knowledge and skills to confidently implement simple and sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes appropriate for their stage of life, and to build lasting healthy habits that nourish the body and mind and support healthy ageing and longevity.
Every person is unique, and there is much individuality on the journey to health and wellness. I'm a huge advocate for healthy ageing and I want to help others take a more proactive role in their health and wellbeing, and in doing so improve their quality of life and lengthen their health span.

Eat more fibre! Fibre is an essential part of a healthy diet and increasing your intake has many significant health benefits. It not only promotes proper digestion and motility but also feeds beneficial bacteria in the gut. High-fibre foods like vegetables, beans, whole grains and fruits help protect against disease, decrease inflammation and boost your immune system.
You may also notice improvements in your energy levels, blood sugar control, gut health, sleep and mood and will feel more satiated and experience fewer sugar cravings.
